Well it all started when I was pregnant with my daughter and I couldn't sleep, I would watch these cookie videos and wonder if I had the ability to do this. So I tried it for my baby shower in December of 2019, and to me, it was an epic fail. They were a complete hot mess, however, I had so many compliments about the taste and how they looked. I thought everyone was just trying to be nice.

Fast forward to my maternity leave, I had been practicing a little here, a little there. I posted some Mother's Day cookies on my personal social media page for my mom and Nana, and I had so many people ask about ordering some, so I gave it a shot. The amount of orders I had blew me away, and then it dawned on me. I can make a business out of this.

So in my tiny studio apartment, with my little tiny convection oven that baked 6 to 8 cookies at a time, and my little tiny counter space, I made this little tiny business into what it is today. An amazing business where I get to stay at home with my little girl, and bake by night. Best part about it, I love what I do!

My fiancé and I bought a house in August of 2020, and since then I've been able to take on a lot more. Started with a few pans on the counter, to needing a full bakery rack with 20+ cookie sheets. I've met some amazing people, including customers, some wonderful mamas, and other fantastic local bakers. I can't wait to see where this business will take me in the next few years.
